I'm sad I didn't play this game sooner, it was amazing and a great Backrooms experience. Truly creepy and well made. I hope more people get to see your work from the recent Backrooms hype!
This is insanely cool! The atmosphere and sound design perfectly tie the visual experience together. I'd LOVE to see a VR version of this someday, because even as it is, this game is incredibly immersive. Would be 10x as immersive in VR!I really enjoyed this, great work!
Hi, really liked this game, got a few jump scares. Played it a few times now and almost felt like I was actually losing my mind at times. Had to stop a few times when the floor started moving. Not sure I want to play it in VR, but only because it is disturbing enough as it is. That's a good thing lol.
I enjoyed playing, although it was a bit confusing to me at first. I might play it again soon to get a better experience since my PC was acting up the first time around.
I'm having a problem. Whenever I click play..I set up settings and then when I see those sentences like (rubbing eyes in the darkness, looking throught the walls..etc) it always crashes. Can someone please help me? I downloaded the 64bit version cuz my pc is 64bit. I don't know what to do.
yo, this is really good and i know you probably have a lot on your hands with little time or money to work on the game, but could you make a setting that greatly reduces the performance needed? my game is so laggy that i have input lag, with everything turned off. thanks, great game. no bugs so far.
Can you please list the specs of your computer? If you meet the minimum required specs as listed above, you shouldn't have an issue running the game! 😊
Yep, that would do it. I am currently working on an update that should be ready by the Steam release that gives an option that makes the game run significantly better (at the cost of making it look not so great), however, a graphics card is still definitely needed!
One of the better versions or, more Well-made interpretations of The Backrooms, I also beat the game in rapid time or was super lucky, presuming how large the maps could infact be, only the developer knows if I was super lucky or just, its randomly feasible and is more common than I'd think?
Yes! According to the lore, there are some general rules of The Backrooms. One of these rules is to never directly look into the lights. That is the reason you died to quickly during the second playthrough!
Fantastic rendition of The Backrooms, stretching out endlessly with the constant hum and sometimes random noises. There is certainly something lurking around the corner though, so you need to find a way out.

Do you meet the minimum hardware requirements as listed on the page?
If so, then your problem most likely that you don't have DX11 installed for this game, which is 100% required for it to work!

Don't laugh, but I'm running Intel HD Graphics. Probably nowhere near the minimum requirements. Thanks!

For some reason the game doesn't render except the lights. Everything is just black.
This is because you do not have DX11 installed on your computer.
If you do and this issue still occurs, then your graphics card does not support DX11.
Please read the minimum hardware requirements for more details!
After playing today i must say this is my favorite horror game of all time. Only critique in this early stage is the exits are too common
Add the monster into the game that was in the story, make the game look more realistic and scary.

You actually got super lucky on both accounts! Seeing the Being so quickly is quite rare, as well as finding an exit so fast!
However, with infinite generation and infinite possibilities for the way the level will create itself, these things are to be expected 😊
Was staring at the light like I did really cause me to die as well? Sounding like the characters' eyes were cooking like eggs on a pan.

I did already play a different backrooms game, but this one was really fun and intense!

Thanks so much for playing, I'm glad you enjoyed it! 😎
Yep, there are a lot more than just one other Backrooms game though. This is my take on the concept! 😊
This was really great! I'm supper excited to see what you do next with this game :D
Thanks for playing! 😊 Glad you enjoyed!

i've only played it for 43 seconds and it is amazing
really nice, great game
You should add creatures and make the game look more like real life, basically add more stuff to the game. (:
Dude, VR would be sick. I hope it comes to that. Can't wait for the release.
Me too! 😊
